ca18det fully stock, cleaned injectors, checked for vac leak/boost leak, ecu throw 55 (no problem), hss bypassed, css disconnected.
Problem: Car chokes on boost at around 3500k at full throtle and if i then release throtle and press it again, in pulls perfect. boost in at 0,4-0.6 bar at moment when it chokes and when i press throttle again it goes to 0.7 and stay there all the way. Wastgate actuator works perfect... I found a few exact problems on internet but noone said what was the problem... i think that car runs rich... but what couse that choke at 3,5k rpm?

forgot t osay that if i slowly press gas pedal untill 3500rpm and then flor it, it goes fine all the way till 7k, but problem is if i flor it before 3500.

just another add: Cars starts perfect when outside temperature is -20c and when it is +40c. I live in Europe and car is for europe market. Catalyzer is removed by previous owner if there was any.

Do you any friend with another CA that you could swap parts with? I would try with another MAF, CAS, Dropping Resistor, Power Transistor or TPS (if you know how to adjust it properly). All easy to swap parts.

Do you know how to pull the codes from the ECU? Any error codes reported?

Keep us posted.

No, the exhaust would only cause problems if the holes are before the turbo or if it's in the turbo elbow. Anything after that is just a loud racket.

Im glad you found someone to swap parts with. Just remember to mark the CAS position on both cars before swapping it, specially if you dont have a timing gun to verify the proper setting afterwards.
