CA18DET blow-off doesn't work

Hi.Sorry for my bad English.

I had stock CA18DET without any bov. Today i have installed HKS SSQV replica and it doesn't work in any way.
Maybe it matters, but even when i didn't have blow-off valve, sometimes i have heard some whistling noise when i release the accelerator pedal. Somebody told me that was the sound of spare air going through air filter.

make sure the nipple on the SSQV BOV is connected to a vacuum source. When I installed my turbo on my KA i had a SSQV and didnt realize this.
