And not a bad price IMO. I'm going to pick some up next week. Besides the pistons (which I've ordered) that was the last thing I wanted for my rebuild!

Founds this too. What the heck does it mean by U/Cut studs, and why is it worth an extra $5?

Nevermind, I called him and found out the difference. The U/C ones have a smaller diamter and have less expansion. He said that people that build drag cars use the undercut ones. He said if you're looking for a lot (350hp+) of power to go with the undercut ones, otherwise, the regular ones would be fine.

Thanks for the info. I was looking at those too. Maybe I'll put them on when I do the headgasket (preventative maintenance).

i was looking at those too, and i too asked about the U/C. But didn't boost boy post a bad experience about using them? Something about not being able to get the socket to fit in the hole?

I don't see how them being undercut would make a difference, since it doesn't mean you have a larger nut or anything..

When boost boy did it he was using a set actually set up for the VG30. Maybe these are slightly different? Regardless, I'm probabally going to get a set next week. I'll need it for my build....
