Ca18det accesorizing !!! help

Dont know the ca motor all that well know its pretty much a rb motor and its internals are strong okay so If I want to stay at 480 to 540 hp and ball park torque of 440 or higher what parts do I need to make a stock ca18det with some miles on it stronger.

Obviously I know how to build a motor not the issue the parts choice is my problem too many part makers and not enough rep. so its hard for me to choose what to get

I need a good list set up not expensive outa control just a mildly priced parts. I/E

standaloneexhaust camsvalve's Int. / exh (dia)stage 3 clutchrodspistonscrankvalve seals valve springsaxles / driveshaftrims with a +8 or +9 offset bov wastegate (size 38,39,40)turbo upgrade boost controller and time manual or elec. respectively

just looking for decent motor set up got the suspension on lock and interior on lock just dont know this motor, (ex volkswagen freak 96 gti vr6 single turbo) so I kinda need some help shoot me some ideas iam still trying to decied between rb25 and a ca18det period correct swap...
