Um, you're really low on gas? How does the car run otherwise? Any codes?

runs "ok" if you forget this but it is poor at the start (normal start) from stand still. It chokes at start because it needs about that amount of rpm when the problem is...
It is rough on start up 650-700 rpm but after a little throttle it runs ok.

Well then I'd say either a vac leak somewhere, a dirty MAFS, or a bad TPS.

it is probably ecu temp sensor. I disconected it and it runs fine but I didnt run over 4500rpm.
There is no hesitation at this point... Is this sensor interchangable from another car? I am from Europe
