i touch, by mistake, my ca18det 200sx MAF sensor. i know is a huge mistake, i know. Now the car is in safe mode. revving until 2000rpm only. I use maf sensor cleaner and i remove the negative battery cable for 24hrs. i measured the signal voltage (A,D wires) and is 3.424-3.427V at idle, when i rev is moving +0.003V only. what else i can do exept of replace the sensor?

maf part number, 22680 58a00. i found that 58a10 is also suitable. i talk with nissan and told me that 61a01 is the newer version of it.

I've moved this to the correct forum.

It sounds like you've damaged the hot-wire and that is not a repairable item, so you'll have to replace it. I'm assuming you're in Europe somewhere, and this is a USA based forum, so I don't think we have the same PN's you do. But a quick Google search of the 22680-58A00 part number yields multiple results, so I don't think you'll struggle too much to find a replacement.
