i have an 88 ca18de moor in a 1987 nissan pulsar, transmission is blown, what other trannys will fit in it(ones from different motors, possibly different cars) someone told me that one off of a ca16de would fit and someone also said that it wouldn't, any input would be helpfull.

Go find you an 87-89 nissan stanza. That transmission is a direct drop-in. The CA16DE transmission will fit, but you will have to change your flywheel, starter, axles, carrier bearing bracket, and you will have to convert to cable, let alone change the pedal (Just not worth it).
