ca18de transmission to ca18det

hi i was wondering if i can use the ca18de transmission with a ca18det. is the de the same as the ca18det transmission. same gear ratio? same bellhousing? thank you

it will bolt up, i dont know if the gear ratios are the same.

I would doubt the gear ratios would be the same.

id guess theyre probably shorter to make use of less power. then again, maybe not.

IIRC they compensated the power ratio in the differential. Just like the N/A and Turbo 300zx share the same transmission gear ratios (just different rear ends) I don't know if they are equally built though... the DET might be stronger?
