Well the motor and everything is reassembled. tried fireing it last night. smelled like it was getting fuel but lacking spark. I think when i used some wd-40 to clean out the cylinders (motor had sat for a year) that some is still in the chambers and i think it coated my spark plugs. I pulled number 4 out and it smelled all of wd40 and would barly spark. like a lil static looking spark (against the cam cover).

Grr, but other then that.. the cranking led to nothing leaking and she sounded good just cranking. will try new plugs tonite.

oh and the ecu shows 55, so everything is hooked up!

does wd40 combust? or does that seem like it fouled the plugs?

WD-40 is EXTREMLY FLAMABLE. It contains propane.

Extremely flammable my left nut, ever tried using it to kill bees? Its weak stuff, though it does burn. Try brake cleaner, that stuff if NUTS! Its like a flame thrower on steroids!

plugs did it, purrs now.

let me tell you guys... coming into boost under 3grand is quite nice. I can hit 4psi by 2500... never did that before. the high compression is SO much easier to drive around with. I have yet to really flog it... dont wanna break it just yet :P

But she pulls strong at even half throttle. the det didnt pull this good till 4K, the DE-T is doing it by 2500 (when it starts boosting if i want too).

Well, so far i like it.
