Im new to the CA18 motor and was wondering if these motors were avaliable U.S. If so what models and years were they avalible? any info would be great. thanks for your time.

Hi, welcome to the CA18 Engine section.

Lots of information in the stickies.

To answer your question, Engine came factory installed in its NA form in the Pulsar NX from 1988 to 1989. Almost all parts are fully compatible with the CA18DET, but the DET had lower compression + turbo and came from Japan's first 180sx and S13 Silvias.
