I am replacing the timing belt in my RWD CA18DET and was wondering if a timing kit for the 88' Pulsar NX SE will work? It isn't listed in the crossover parts thread so I just wanted to make sure. Thanks.

Wow that's nice.

CA16/18D belts are like $35

DET belts -- $110+

Don't buy an after market timing belt, go to the dealer and buy from there, the after market ones they are usually thinner in size, I had both and the dealer one had the same part # as the old one and same thickness.( so, ask for 1987 or 1988 pulsar with ca16de or ca18de).
