Hey, I recently hooked up with a company from Australia that supplies motorsets and I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them or knows anyone that has. The company is called Jaustech and they're advertising the following:CA18DET's with trans, ecu, ignitor, turbo, wiring harness + all ancillaries for around 1500 shipped to the east coast.SR20DET's with same as above for a hair over 2000 shipped to the east coast. They have no CA's in stock so I have to wait. I HAVE DIBS ON THE FIRST CA18!!!!!!!! Don't burn me. Please. :)If no one has experience with this company, I'm still going to order my CA18 from them. I will use myself as a test dummy. I have faith in the Aussies :)BTW their webpage is Jaustech Let me knowGood luck

are these aussy pulled motors or are these motorsets imported from japan? as long as the motor your getting has never been driven in australia, your cool. aussys typically put ALOT more miles on them. i think the australian mileage average is more than in the usa.

Good call. Didn't even think about it. I knew that alot of the cars coming into AUS are Japanese used cars... So take that sweet little JDM engine, add another 50k to it with equal beating. That's an Aussie engine. I think they are JDM only but I'm going to ask directly! Thanks for the heads-up.

ya ask if the motor has ever ran in australia. they, like we do, import motors from japan to put into thier projects. make sure they can verify the mileage and i wouldnt go above 80,000km.
