I could try to make a "how to" on stripping the head when Im finished if thats needed, already got some pictures of how to remove camshaft,lifters springs etc

has anyone done this on the ca18 before ? what tools are needed ? I have stripped the head only the valve guides left any help would be appriciated

youll need to take the head to a machine shop and have them pressed out

heat the head,and press valve guide

There is a link to download the FSM in the FAQ. It will tell you how to remove the valve guides.
