GReddy VSPL, bought it on eBay for around 700 or so.

Good fit, only have to cut the charge pipe and turn it to fit the CA throttle body.

i will be using a stock SRT-4 fmic. ~$150-200 shipped + custom piping. If its one of(if not the) best intercooler for the 2.5L dodge motor, it should do just fine for my 1.8, and it'll fit right inside the stock opening.

is the SRT-4 intercooler a tube and fin or bar and plate?

i believe its an internally-finned tube and fin design. i went with that design because my CA sometimes runs a little hot and a bar and plate restricts airflow to the radiator alot more than a tube and fin. a bar and plate is more efficient though, you just need to decide whats more important. cooler intake temps help the engine run cooler too, so you might want to factor that in.

and damn you for being RB powered. i wish i had a RB 240sx as well as my CA. maybe ill try and get my brother to buy one. he didnt want a ca powered 240 because he said i would always be stealing parts off his car, haha.

I have a Precision Turbo intercooler and I need to buy some piping, but I'll just pick up a couple U bends from XS or something. I think the best route is to go with an ARC side mount. Good enough for a T28 and no fabrication required. Plus it doesn't draw attention.
