ca18 o2 sensor plug missing!

so im doing a ca18det swap in my 90 s13 hatch, all the wiring is hooked up and there except for the o2 sensor plug (from harness not on sensor) check numerous times and cant find were it would have been cut from to what not, is there any solution to this? can i just wire the sensor to the ecu?

wouldn't be a harness from a Euro CA would it? Some of them didn't have a cat or an O2 sensor (non-anti emissions area)?

its possible cuz i inspected the harness throughly and i found no signs of it.....how can i fix that?
