Hey all, I'm a new member and am wanting to know how to swap in a CA18DET into an S14. I don't have anything as of yet, will in about a month or so...just looking for advice and stuff on the project. It will be a rolling chassis imported from Japan, so I'll need to know exactly what kind of parts I'll have to individually buy and stuff (like transmission or motor mounts, etc.). Also questions about the wiring loom and stuff. Thanks everyone :D

this will get your wiring done...http://www.skylineking.com/fsm...4.pdf

im using nismo motor mounts, part # can be found in the faqstock KA transmission mount

using a 200sx bellhousing w/ a ka24de transmission, only because my ca18 was automatic.

using the stock s14 components from the driveshaft back, including the driveshaft (i had to remove collar at back of transmission to prevent driveshaft from rubbing

using koyo radiator, but the stock s14 should work.

goodluck!

3500 for a shell is outrageous... granted your getting one shipped from japan... seriously, a little bit of looking could have scored you a running s14 for under 3500... let alone a shell for much less
