Why the hell can't I just buy a crappy SSAC downpipe on eBay anymore?! I mean, $229 for a downpipe and catback is cheap as hell, but I already have a catback. Ive got to get my car ready for the dyno in a month and a half, which means I have to get off my duff and throw a massive down pipe, test pipe, o2 sensor housing, and perhaps manifold on it, and buy an EGT gauge. Those ssac downpipes used to be everywhere on eBay, now I have to buy them as some dumb package deal. I'll probably just go to a muffler shop and have one made out of mild steel for $30, but it would be nice to be able to eBay it up and never have to leave my house.

I know man, i paid 160 for manifold and downpipe. That is a sweet deal i just could not pass up.

But seriously you want the Ebay turbo, manifold, downpipe, and FMIC for 500 package deal.

Do it, come on just Do it

Yeah, if I was totally loaded. Wait, no, not even then.

The DP is $99 on the SSAC website, but I think it can be had cheaper. I mean, they used to be all over eGay for $55.

Eff that, I need one that can swallow children whole. 4" would be ideal, but I'll take 3 if necessary.

Nice try though.

I'm not a total cheapa$s, this tuning is going to set me back pretty well. The EGT gauge is another $80 or something too. I'm just trying to not have this whole thing cost me more than a grand.

Screw it, I'm just going to have Wolf muffler down the street crush bend me something thats 4" in diameter. It will be so big that bottleneck will still be bigger than 3" wide.

What about an XS cat delete downpipe for SR? I have Meagan racing o2 elbow and downpipe, both for SR, and both work perfect for my stock CA turbo.

http://phase2motorsports.store....html

$99 bucks.

I ordered my bottom mount manifold from that site a while back. It was like $90 and it included some SR dump pipe that may or may not work, hahah. I'm using an SSAC mani + SSAC "TRUST STYLE" dump that I got on eBay before they pulled out and one of their downpipes. Fits OK, even managed to get it braced to the transmission like OEM with some longer bolts and spacers.

I bought one of those cat delete one piece DP from SSautocrap and i had to cut, rotate and weld up the 3 bolt flange....i was using a trust divided O2 on a T25...? but its done me right ever since.anyone ever seen the rectangular tubing exhaust system on the supras, its flatter and wider for clearance and the biggest flow area, but for serious i saw a test done on a 600 whp evo on a 3" exhaust and it wasnt near maxing out (needing bigger then 3").
