I have everything done, wiring, etc. Tested the starter before i put it in, THe motor turns over but it just wont fire. I wired the resistor just like the sticky said to. Any ideas would be really helpful!!!!!

yeah, in order to run you need fuel, than spark. so check ur fuel lines, make sure the pump is turning on, check for spark, maybe look at the plugs to see what they look like, you can tell alot from plugs.

Maybe the cas?

Pull a spark plug after cranking the engine for a minute or two and see if you it smells like fuel and/or is wet with fuel (which it should be).

Then..

Take out a spark plug and put it inside a coilpack that's attatched to the harness installed on the car. Ground the spark plug and turn the key to run. If you're getting spark, you'll be able to see it at this time.

If you're getting both spark and fuel then chances are your cas has snapped the keyway inside the exhaust cam and you'll need a new cas and cam

Good luck bro and keep us updated

So i was down at the shop again all day there is definently spark but no fuel the pump works i can hear it when i turn the key on, could it be the resistor and another thing do i need to have the intercooler piping hooked up in order for it to run because i know the butteryfly valves run off of vacuum and so does the fuel pressure regulator please help I don't want to put the raunchy ka back in it!!!

Can you smell gas in the exhaust? Check your fuel lines to make sure you have them hooked up right, the one with the filter should go to the rail, and the one w/o the filter should go to the FPR.

yep. sounds like you guys' fuel lines are backwards. fuel filter>fuel rail>regulator>return to tank
