Out of these two engines which is the red headed stepchild??

I have two friends with these motors but one is being built w/ forged this and forged that.. The other one is not yet put in or completed with the swap.

So i have yet to actually ride in a car with the CA swap..

So if you guys could let me know the godd and the ugly that would be great...
