ca timing problem help!!!

hay guys wondering if anyone has had this problem b4 i just swapped in my ca i got it for next to nothing!!!!!! an im having a problem when i set the timing to 15 deg the car would bog and run pig rich..so i adjusted the cas to like 45 deg or some **** an it runns better but but not much power. help me please thanks

remove your cas and check the pin in the cam shaft see if its broken....

if not check cam timing might be off.
