There was a thread talking about Spool Rods a while ago and i mentioned that he was also in the the process of making stroker cranks for a number of engines. I noticed in a SkyllinesAustralia thread that he mentioned that the CA cranks are finished.

Here they are;

Fully counterweighted billet long stroke crank?! WOW. That is awesome to know this part is available. I give Dee 6 months before he has at least 1 CA running this.

I doubt it. This crank would really kill the CA's rev-ability (yea, it's a word, lol). It already has a pretty small rod ratio, and this would make it worse.

At least if you're using the stock CA18 block. Now if you put one of these in a CA20E block, it would be a totally different story, IMHO.

Oh man that is sexual!!!!!

I paid almost that much for a used Tomei 2L crank.

I wonder if they have the 6 bolt or 8 bolt flywheel pattern?

I'd bet it's 8 bolt so that you can use regular CA flywheels.

Or they can keep it 6 bolt and make their own flywheels and therefore make more money!!!!

LOL, I didn't think of that. Quite possible I guess. I do like that the crank is already "knife edged". Looks better than the Tomei design.

If they're smart they won't. Demand for their cranks would be way higher if you could use it with the stock stuff. Higher demand = higher prices and/or more market share = wider margins with less outlay = more profit.

Because they're Australian, hopefully they won't buy into the retarded notion of brand-name exclusivity that leads the Japanese to pay absurd amounts of money for car parts.
