Does anyone here know if the SRI from Cosmo passes smog inspections in calif.

also, what about the downpipe or y-pipe?

A y-pipe would not be smog legal, as it eliminates the two warm up cats.

Not sure on the intake, find it on a web site and see if there is anything about that in the description, or e mail the company direct.
