ca runs, but wont rev past 3,000 rpms
ok we got it to run.. it wont rev past 3,000 rpms.. and the o2 sensor isnt plugged in. any help would work.. we put new motorcraft spark plugs in it (were getting ngk but the crafts are temporary till they ngks come in)

O2 sensor won't cause it, definitely go over your MAF wiring (what maf are you using), sounds like your maf is not wired properly or bad maf.
Detonation sensor might be a cause.
Check for any vaccum leakage and intercooler piping.
Do diagnostics on the ecu, it might give you some codes you can work with.PULSAR GTRRafi
