So I just swapped a CA in my car and it fouls out my plugs within 5-10 minutes and can barely hold idle.

1. I bypassed the knock sensor with a 1 meg resistor2. ECU runs a code 55 (no codes)3. On my third set of plugs4. Tried friends working maf5. Tried friends working ecu6. Compression is 170 on all four.7. Fuel pressure ranges from 30-358. o2 sensor was good in last car before I put it in this one.9. CAS is turned all the way clockwise and is still a little bit past 20* timing.10. On cold startup it will idle fine but if you give it one good rev it will bog down and barely idle.

Anyone think the timing belt has jumped a tooth?

Has the ecu been chipped at all? Stock everything? 370cc injectors? How's the timing belt?

Its a stock ecu as far as I know. I adjusted the timing belt on point today. runs a little better. Oil also smells like gas. heres a video.

You move around too fast in the video, can't really focus on anything, can you take a few pics around the engine area

Where is the hose off your cold pipe, before the throttle body, leading too? seems like it far from where it should be going

All of the vacuum looks straight. I know my maf is super close to my turbo inlet. Would that have anything to do with it? I'm starting to think its an injector issue. And with the pipe after the throttle body... its going to the right place its just a long hose because the outlet is on the wrong side of the pipe.

That maf IS way too close. I believe you need at least 6 to 8" from the turbo.

Just going off your list, your CAS sounds like it is not properly ajusted, go back and follow the FSM on how to set your timing/CAS. Follow the stickies for setting the fuel pressure, its the easiest way.
