hey guys, im sure this has been posted somewhere but i was searching for like a couple weeks for some pictures or references and i cant find anything so im hoping someone can show me what im looking for. im trying to find out where the 3 turbo lines go, i bought braided lines but since my motors basically a long block and bought it as such i have no idea where stuff goes. i tried looking in the fsm but it doesnt show where they go. if someone can shoot me some pictures of can explain it well enough for me id greatly appreciate it. thanks and sorry for the dumb question

Granted, I made stainless steel braided lines for mine.

EDIT: for some reason, my image hosting site deleted the first pic. I re-uploaded it though.

awesome. thats exactly what i couldnt find. thanks so much. will a ss line fit to the coolant intake pipe line? or do i gotta mod the line a little bit?

If you bought a pre-made kit, it is designed to go to the back of the intake manifold. If you don't want to run it there, you'll need a barbed coupling and a short section of regular hose to connect it straight to the coolant line under the intake manifold.

I just slipped the SS line over the nipple near the intake manifold and it fit fine. Threw a clamp on and haven't had a problem with it.

I'd post the link to the thread for making SS lines for the ca18det, but I'm on my phone. It's super easy to find though through google.

Do you mean the line on the back of the intake manifold, or on the big heater pipe under the intake manifold? The line that came with my kit wasn't long enough to reach the line to the big pipe.

I made mine like the DIY here said, and they were a bit long, but it all worked out perfect. Would dine again.
