CA legal turbo kit?

I've heard that there still exists a 50-state (I live in CA) legal turbo kit - I looked around and only found info from the greddy kit back in '03, but haven't found much more. I'm looking to build a car that I can use as a daily driver but not have to worry about cops while I'm driving all over the state, and I've literally had to hear about 4 of my potential 'hook-ups' getting shut down - starting to lose hope ;;

There are no CARB certified turbo kits for the 240 to my knowledge. Greddy was working on it, but my understanding is they haven't been able to get it approved due to the fact that the e-manage's tuning can be altered with relative ease by the consumer.

Bell Engineering supposedly had CARB approval on a kit somewhere in the 91-93 years, but is no longer. I believe NSport had bought the kit design off of Bell Engineering but no CARB approval was ever carried over.
