ok, so i changed the knock sensor, and it is still flashing knock sensor. I herd that some SR ecus have the 02 sensor pin in different spots, is it possable that any CA ECU's have different locations for different pins on differnet ECU's?

knocj=k sensor is notoriously crap, as is the wiring loom to it, It's getting more common for people to wire a resistor in to trick the ecu I'll try to find the link on sxoc

did you wire it up directly to the ECU or though the harness? Some people have had problems doing it through the harness. Also, when you check the codes, it clears them out when you back out. If you check them, back out (turn the screw) and then turn off the car, turn it back on and start it, let it run for a couple of min, and then recheck the codes, you'll get a more accurate gauge of what is actually going on.

ive never herd of that before, and its tru the harness, i will put it thru the firewall to see if it is different.

i ran a new wire and the code is gone, so it was in the harness, also:: it still runs weird, so it wasnt that in the first place

Check for vac/boost leaks. MAFS systems don't like leaks, even small ones.
