Label all bolts and put them in little ziptie bags..it will help alot. Clean your engine bay when engine is out, mine is so shiny now..LOL

take your time and be sure to replace as much parts as you can before they haunt you in a few months.

Remove a portion of the driveshaft, bolt the motor and trans in, then reinstall the driveshaft instead of trying to slide the driveshaft in the trans as you get the engine in place.

Pressure washers are great for removing grime and dirt.

The dust collar is at the output side of the trans. It's a cylindrical ring that surrounds the end of the driveshaft. Put the KA one on the CA trans. It looks hard to take off one of them (forgot which) but you just need to tap the side and work your way around the outside of it until it comes off.

Reminders? Don't get the KA halfway out of the car and sudddenly realize you didn't take the shifter out of the transmission. Oh wait, only I'd do that... ::sigh::

Oh, and if you have any intention of reusing the KA radiator, pull it out of the car before you remove the KA. You can get the engine out without damaging the radiator but its not worth the risk.
