Long story short... I am picking up a new S14 in the next two weeks and the CA is going in that.

The car is a base model 95. How much more of a wiring nightmare do I have to deal with with it going into an S14 than into an S13?

Anything else that I can reuse from my S13 chassis? Fuel Pump? FMIC? Hotpipe? Downpipe?

Also... since I am officially ditching the S13 chassis, I will have some parts available if anyone is interested. This is what I have that can come off it....

I will need a 91-94 harness to put the 95 motor back in the coupe and sell it off.

So.... I'm back! And will be rockin 2 S14's now and not 2 S13's....

Help a brah out if you have any insight on swapping S14's.

What setup do you have on your car Jon? I forgot

As far as the coupe, a guy I work with desperately needs a car, so I am going to fix it for him. If that falls through I am parting with it for a grand with the 95 KA in it. I will probably go ahead and change the clutch too while it is out.

Is there any major differences in the wiring between S13's and S14's?

But I paid for the car today and it should be home next week...... get ready to get jealous bishez

should be able to use the fuel pump with an s14 filter sock, the FMIC will bolt on with the upper bracket being right on, but the lower brackets will be off some. the hotpipe you should be ok too, and the downpipe will work as well. Ray had similar issues when he switched motors in his s14 (he put an s13 SR in it), he still had the CA piping for an s13, and he made it fit an s14 rather nicely...

i mean none of it fits, and you shoud just send it to me...

Well.... I guess cover the shipping and you can have it then since I can't use any of it

Next time you see/talk to/smack around Ray, ask him what difference (if any) is necessary in the wiring department. In a perfect world I could just rip it out of my S13, and just connect up the 2 big plugs, the dash plug, hook up the ecu and go. Hopefully it is that easy.

ray had an SDS powering his CA, so I doubt he's gonna know how to hook up a stock computer. I do know someone who probably can answer your question though (other guy who works at Enjuku). I'll give him a call tonight... I've been meaning to hang out with him.
