The car is in Hansens Auto Body and Paint in Cypress, CA. The estimated repair cost will be around $8,xxx.xx so my insurance will probably total the car. I think the amount was too high considering the damage was only on the front passenger side rim/tire which was forced inward by the impact and the rear passenger side rim/tire minimally bent. Air bags were not deployed and the passenger door opened fine. I did not take pictures because I had no camera and it was very stressful for me until now. I believe to replace the parts could be around $2,000(max).

Here are some info about the car:stock auto with injen intakeTein flex coilovercusco rear control armtein tie rodgreddy front and rear strut tower barpioneer mpr/cd playerstaggered Kosei k1-ts with brand new falken fk-xxx(passenger front and rear wheels and tires are damaged now)

Should I keep the car? I want to keep it but I don't have that much money for the repair and the car will be going to have a salvage title also.

Thanks!

I would like to do this but I am not that good in putting parts in my car. I usually pay somebody to put it with the exception of changing oil and brakes. But I will definitely get and S14. Thanks. I was thinking of maybe sell the whole car here.

Here's some photo. I will not be keeping the car and released it to the insurance. If I decided to keep the car, insurance will deduct $500.00.

IF thats totalled Then my s14 was overkill. The only reason i could see them classifying it was total is if you messed up the sub frame. or if you bent a axle, but the axle shouldnt really matter in terms of totaling it.

I am too lazy to repair it and I don't have the $ to fix it. In addition, I can only do oil change and replace brakes. There should be about $2,000 value of parts. I did not remove the Kenwood radio because I thought it could be saved. Oh well. I already told the insurance not to keep it.

The body shop said the fuel line's messed up. The estimated repair was about $8,000 which is overpriced.

I called the insurance back and left a messge so hopefully the lady I talked too haven't sent the paperwork. If I get the car, I'll try to fix . I got some pneumatic tools so hopefully they will be useful. But I might trade the car for stock s13. I already have an s13 but it consumes too much gas because the injector is bad.

Okay, I'll fix it. :D I might as well learn to fix cars. I hope the insurance will give it back. I was still under stress when I decided to not keep it and at the moment I'm busy making endsmeet. I will keep it for now and might fix it litlle-by-little if I have time. Thanks! I hope the insurance lady won't get mad tomorrow when she checks her voicemail.

yes by all means get it back, buy new fender, cornerlight, front bumper for like around 500 used at most, and fix the suspension parts and ur good to go. also what fuel line is messed up?! doesnt even look like frame damage. in fact with the extra money left over you could buy a new 240 with it! or at least have someone swap in a sr with that money.
