I own a Nissan Laurel Medalist(C33), recently i have been getting a problem while driving between the speed of 40 - 80kmph..What happens is that between that speed the car just starts shaking and as i look at the front passanger seat i can see it shaking too..now i was thinking maybe it was the rims or tyres so i sold my set and bought a brand new set and speed balanced them and everything and that was not the problem...also checked steering rack rubbers and was good...When is happens the whole car shakes but it is more noticable on the left side of the car..

Oh by the way when driving at those speeds and the shaking happens if i turn the steering wheel left or right the shaking stops..

Second i was thinking ok well maybe its a bushing or something like that..so i took it to a alignment shop and everything was good...I also checked the Drive Shaft and the Cross and that was good too...

Lastly i took it to another shop and they jacked up the car and had me put it in drive and pressed the gas untill the speed range..now they looked at the rod connected to the wheel and the Diff and told me they think that the rod had a bend in it and that i need to change it...

What i would like to know is if this would really fix the problem and would that really create this problem only at a certain speed...I dont have alot of money to keep buying parts with no success. Also i would like to know your take on this problem...and what i can do to resolve this problem.

That sounds like a reasonable cause for the vibration. It will be causing some vibration at all speeds, but it may just so happen that it just resonates a certain way at those speeds which makes you feel it more.

Do you think i should just change the axel or should i replace the whole rear Diff with everything in it?

I'm asking this question becasue i'd also like to know if any other stuff on there could have been damaged as well or is it that i should just change the axle and i'll be fine?

Well, I'm no expert, but I'd expect that if one of the axles was damaged, there could be other things that were damaged as well. However, I'd jsut get a new axle and see if that fixes the problem. If not, replace the other things as well.
