I bought a C's shifter off of eBay... stoopid me... I assumed due to the similarities I could use the Pilot install guide, since mine came with none.

Then I realize that my shifter came with the shifter, the collar, the round piece that goes down inside, and three allen bolts. But *nothing* for them to bolt to, as there is in the picture in the auction.

Any suggestion where I might be able to get this piece ? Or some other work around ?

Thanks

I think you're probably SOL, I think that those screw into an adapter plate that is part of the C's shifter. Welcome to the world of e-bay...........

Yes, I have been initiated... The fun part is, the picture in the auction shows the parts, I just didn't get them.

And now there's another guy selling one, with the nuts but without the collar that goes under the bush ring (but includes a spare bush ring)

Between the two shifters, I could get one good shifter but I don't have the stamina for that.

It just hasn't been my week, I get a pair of Q45 calipers from a salvage yard that is missing a piece you can't get separately (the bracket that holds the pads). AND I have AGX shocks installed only to have the mechanic leave all the bushings out of the rear so the *** of my car bounces like a girl in a rap video nonstop. Somedays... it's just not worth it.

Can't you email who you bought it from and ask him for the part?

I have. At first he insisted I have all the parts. I've since returned mail with the links above showing the parts I'm talking about, his original auction showing the nuts I'm missing and a picture of what he sent me.http://www.infinitydriven.net/...r.jpg

I haven't heard back but I just sent him that note this morning. I also offered to send it back for a refund.
