I'm looking to get a c mod for my white coupe and want to keep the grille black. Since the support bar is white I know i have to paint it otherwise its going to look horrible. Instead of paint the radiator and support bar both black, I was thinking of finding a color as close as possible to the color of the radiator and just paint the support bar that color. Any ideas on this?

Well If you are trying to make it less detectable I would say that painting it gray or whatever color the rad is would make it just as noticeable as white, because the support bar is so close to the grille and the sun hits it enough that it's almost impossible to hide. My support bar was silver and pretty close to the rad color, but it was still very visible. Painting the rad isn't too big of a deal...here is a thread I made about it. It isn't too hard.

thanks a lot brotha, and the ole' nismo question lol

The story on this specific nismo wheel is that it was made to fit the 2005 maxima body style. Since that isn't the current maxima model, these wheels have been discontinued for 3-4 years and are pretty much impossible to find these days. I spend almost 6 months of ebaying everyday until I found these and bought them right then. They come in two colors, gunmetal and silver.

So your best chance of finding them is just searching Nismo A34 or Nismo maxima wheel. I believe there is a member selling some now for around 2k with tires included (i'll try and find that thread), and there may be a few people that have them on the site that aren't for sell would let them go for a price, and it won't be cheap lol. I think I paid about $300 per wheel when I bought mine almost 2 years ago and that is w/o tires.

He just dropped the price to 2k shipped with tires. If you have the cash I would say that this is a decent deal because 19 inch tires will run about $275 per tire.

Depends on the tire. I'm getting 19" Hankooks that everybody raves about, and TireRack has them for $165 in 245/55-19's, if I recall. I have to buy two of those and a pair of 275/40-19s, and those are $185 each.

If you're looking for all-season tires instead of summer tires, you can probably find a better deal.
