Bypassing a/c?

I have been told by some mechanics, which i think are just lazy, that bypassing a/c compressor will continue to waste my crank pulley time after time. I beg to differ.

Someone help!!!!!!

Why are you wanting to bypass the a/c?

tha pulley will not turn at all... so it has been removed

the pulley seized up and wouldn't turn at all... so we took the assembly out
