bypass parking brake wire

Hey
just installed my clarion vx709 dvd player and still need to know how to make sure i can watch video while the car is in motion.

do i only need to ground the parking brake wire from the vx709 or will i need a switch?
if i need a switch, how do i connect all the wires!!!???

You could probably do either or. A switch would allow you to turn it off and on, but be aware, your brake light might stay on when you do that.
