Greetings All,

Anyone know an audio shop I could go to in Orange County, CA that could bypass my navigation so I could watch videos's while I'm driving?

My bad, didn't get your email until today... Your initial offer was in my spam...Wanna figure out how to bypass the Navi/Aux without using the switch. I installed a Pioneer Navi in my old car and bypassed the parking brake problem, need a little more time to check the logistics of this project and I'll get back to you!

Thanks again for the offer and I will be in touch soon!

I did the hack & its great. I have only seen posts re the hack and did it. let me know if you want info & I can send you the link. plus, I had a friend check it as the wiring wasn't done well the first time. Now, i am able to drive down the road & listen to SRV while my wife views the video of him playing at austin city limits. its worth it.

there is lots of info on this forum so I would leverage it.

if you can figure it out let us know cause ud be the 1st.

so far a DPDT switch IS necessary to be able to "trick" the car.

it's honestly not that hard. i actually got it backwards the 1st time and nothing worked. so i just reversed the wires and it worked! i really wish you could make it bud even if you could just show up for 1/2 hour. i want everyone to see those vossens!
