bypass e brake and vss sensor done

i got the mod done and it work very nicely, except when i turn on the car i played the video by turn on a switch
however the seatbelt light keeps blinking and the passenger airbag remain on solid,
anyone help me with this i highly appereciate it.

Naw just kidding. Check your grounds and make sure you didnt hit the wrong wires...may sound stupid but it happens man, no shame in just checking it back out.

but is there away u can reset the airbag light? or the seat belt lights from blinking but i will defintely get the wire check out again but seems to work video in motion is fine just that damn seat belt light is blinking and passenger airbag is on solid.

I just posted on the other thread............I am glad you got it fixed. Did you install this with the switch? If so, you will have no issues with warranty. Let me know if you have any more questions!

yeah i install it with a swith so basically when i want to watch video while in motion just press the swith however if i want to go back to navigation it takes few seconds to get the signal once it pick up the signal its fine.
so this mod is safe then...

well after working on that mod.. i then expererienced my telescoping make grinding noise when i shut off and get out of the vehicle... however when i adjust it up and down everything seems to work fine but when i adjust back and forth it rattled and make funny grinding noise,... is this the motor is seized? i mean up and down works fine... is this needs lubrication? i mean its still under guarantee. i will bring in for the dealer to have look at it but since i did this mod the wire from the switch is ran across and under the steering and the switch is right beside the lane departure button slot. i wonder if this will affect the guarantee since the wire being ran like that. or shall i disconnect it or keep like that?

I really would not worry about it. The dealer had to get in to my dash twice to replace two HVAC motors. Once because they sounded like rabid woodpeckers, second because they ended up having a recall on the same motors. No issues at all!
