I have noticed it today while I was driving my car, that when I'm pressing on the gas pedal I can hear a buzzing sound on my back seat. So I stopped the car on a parking lot and rev the car on and off to observe/listen where is the sound coming from. It does sound like it's coming from where the fuel pump is located. I know it's normal to hear a buzzing sound when you first turn your key to on or when you start the car, but then that buzzing sound usually goes away. Is it a sign my that fuel pump is getting ready to die? or is it clogged? any help or idea will be appreciated.thanks!

Some fuel pumps are nosier than others. I wouldn't worry about it, mine has done it for a while now but only when I turn on/off the car.

I've heard that it's an indication of a fuel pump going out, but I've also had a brand new OEM fuel pump do it on really hot days... I wouldn't worry about it too much unless it does it ALL THE TIME.

Check your Fuel Pump controller.. open it up and see if any of the amps are burnt or if anything is melting .. If so you need that

Thanks for the replies. The buzzing sound seemed to quit doing it the next day when I drove the car.
