Buzzing noise

there is a distinctly electrical buzzing noise coming from the left side of my dash, like it's coming out of the cluster or something. it makes the noise when i get on the gas specifically. sometiems it comes on when i'm not on the gas but most of the time if i get on the gas, then get off it, the noise stops. when i get back on the gas it starts again. etc.

anyone know what the screw this is?

I've got no ideas what it could be but you should remove the lower column cover and take a look...could be something simple to fix.

I had a sound very similar to this ended up being my transmission... Yerp! Mine sounded like a 5 year old kid toy... Maybe not the same sound. Another noise in the same area was the wheel bearings... Ideas may or may not be true.
