buzzing noise from near fuel tank

hey guys,

i parked in the garage today to do some work on the truck... and about once a minute after shutting the truck off it would make this wierd buzzing noise from the rear fuel tank area. It did this about 10 times and hasnt done it since now. I got it on the camera... what is this? Fuel tank relay stuck or something ??

Have you tried pulling the pump fuse while it's making that noise to see if it affects the pump?

it's coming from a small black plastic piece (the name escapes me at the moment, I think it's a pressure valve.) on the frame rail near the fuel tank. Replace it and the buzz will go away. I did this about a hundred times when I worked for Nissan.

i am not seeing any pressure valve.. maybe im blind :P is it the check valve?
