buzzing noise coming from inside/ bumper saver

i'm not sure exactly what is causing this, but very annoying when i'm highway driving.



anyone have a clue on how to stop this?

also, does this really do what its supposed too? or does anyone know of a place to get a better one that does? my front bumper is caked with rock chips all over it. im not really to worried about getting the lip right now seems how my bumpers already screwed, but just for future reference.

haha im pretty sure theres not a sc there lol. i did notice that rolling up and down my window affects the noise. going that fast with it down isnt that bad. but when i roll it up it starts buzzing like a mf.

IMO something is not grounded correctly. This was a common problem in older cars after a custom stereo install. One of the signs is the buzzing changes when you operate a different electronic device, in your case the windows. If you've had some after market electronic stuff installed either it wasn't grounded properly or it was but has come lose.
