what do i need to look for in terms of reliabilty? what is known to go bad/have problems with these motors? anything you guys can help me out with is much appreciated. i am going to eventually get a 240 and swap but if i can get one with the motor in already it saves alot of headache, just dont know alot about 240sx's and swapping engines and stuff

probably better if you buy one already done. which one do you preferred ? s14 or s13 ?

yeah it sounds like it might be better for you to get an already done swapp - but before you do that i would recommend reading as many posts on this forum as possible and searching through the forum - you will be amazed at how much information is on here that will help you out - good luck

i want s13 body style....always been a fan and jsut decided to get rid of my car and get one and do swap or buy on already done, theres a car with a sr20 already swapped i think i can buy (4,200)untill i save up enough to swap a rb25 or something sick like 2jz. my goal is super fast str8 line racing
