Buying Guide? Looking to buy a 3.5 6SP

Hi all. Yes, I know these are ULTRA Unicorn status rare. Id still like to try to get one even if I have to travel a thousand miles or so. It is an extremely underrated car with a rather decent amount of HP and top speed and CHEAP considering these specs. Plus its a rather roomy car.

I can't seem to find a buying guide. Anyone have a link to one? All I keep finding are generic guides, but Id like to see if a car guy's buyer's guide exists somewhere. Id like to know what little odd things to look out for before jumping into one even though Id probably end up buying one anyways and working on almost anything myself.
