buying G37 on 3/24/11

I'm going down to orlando on thursday to purchase a 2008 G37S coupe. Not 100% sure I'm getting the car yet, over the phone they couldn't tell me if it has the technology package. Is there a way I can tell just by looking at it? Also there is no spoiler just the typical chrome lip, which website would you guys recommend me buying an oem spoiler for a self install?

What year are you planning to get? Cool, i used to have 240s as well and sold my last to buy my G!

This is what you want to look for.

Nav, Addon rear Spoiler on trunk lid (you may see a bigger spoiler on other sedan g's for reference, that spoiler doesn't come on the coupe), hard drive in console just above shifter, Intelligent cruise control. The car should have tons of other options you will notice.

There are also different models, such as, base, journey, awd, and sport. These are all different and typically look different. You will see a bunch of them that look the same but take notice to the front bumpers. The sports will stand out.

The new IPL is also on the lot and you should def take a look at that! I have been considering one myself.

Yeah it's a 2008 G37S coupe automatic with the magnesium paddle shifters. Its the sports package for sure hence the "S"
My main question is, without going to drive it myself because I'm 2 hours away, how would I know this car has the Intelligent Cruise Control as part of the tech package? I'd hate to waste a trip...

If it has the tech package is has ICC.

I would think that you could call the service department of any Infiniti dealership, give them them VIN and they would be able to tell you all of the options on the car.

I had a spoiler added to mine (my 08 G). Pretty pricey, but I had the dealership do it because I wanted to make sure the backup camera lense was all done properly. Only downfall to adding a spoiler is that you have 2 3rd brake lights. Probably was a good thing since Memphis drivers are so bad.

got the car, it's amazing. some peeling on the trim near the buttons on the steering wheel though, other than that the car is perfect. anyone else have that issue? called infiniti dealer and they told me that was a common issue but they don't cover it under warranty, has anyone else dealt with that and what did you do to fix it?
