So I want to buy an RB20 and found one that looks pretty clean. I asked for a compression test video and he did it today. On a cold engine the numbers were 1-135, 2-145, 3-135, 4-125 or 130 it was hard to tell at the angle, 5-135 and 6-140. I know a cold test is not going to be accurate, but I am hesitant to buy a motor.I am actually hesitant to buy things in general, Its from L.A. JDM in wilmington California.

Care to post the video? When you compression test a cold engine, the numbers are probably going to look a little low. I'd be more mindful of variance in this case.

The 20psi variance between #2 and #4 would probably cause me to hesitate on purchasing the motor. I would ask for a leak down test, if they can reliably perform one and you can afford it. That will allow you to diagnose that variance.
