buying an 03 cima; will these fit.

hello all. i used to be a nissan guy with an old 95 gloria y33 i had put to all kouki style when i lived in okinawa japan. then i moved back to the states and did a lex gs400 and now a 2005 LS430 UL. i just ordered a fairly aggressive set of vip modular vr01's for my LS and just got orders to move back to okinawa japan

anyways i paid for the wheels and am looking at an 03 cima next month and am wondering if this offset and tire combo will fit on the 03 cima. basically i have paper thin shaved fenders on my 05LS430 and with the tire sizes i selected this was the mos aggressive i could run with the car slammed and not having to do any fender work other than the shaved fenders. so if the 04-06 LS430 has the same clearance dimensions as the 03 cima then i'm straight.

please let me know if just shaved fenders would work or it i would have to do a pull or possibly some other more severe fender work to make them fit. thank you,

F: 225x35x20 20x9.5 +31 with 20mm backpad (Front) = 3" lip

R: 275x30x20 20x10.5 +33 with a 5mm backpad (rear) = 4" lip

You can go extreme with negative offset on the 02/06 Q45 if you're willing to cut the fenders and make other custom suspension modifications to accommodate the negative offset. Is this the route you're looking to take? Or do you just want to have a more aggressive (negative) offset without any fender cutting, etc?

I'm willin to shave the fenders and do a mild pull but not trying to do any bodywork.
