Dont take my post personally, it just seems you are quick to post multiple threads asking how good or how bad this car is that car is... the answers to your question arent so simple as a yes or no. More so speaking of your past posts with your previous QX4 purchase.
You probably should go to the dealerships and check out the vehicles, it would be the most appropriate way to determine which vehicle is for you. Me personally i would take the less mileage provided its in the same condition as the other one.
Some large dealerships have crappy cars mixed in with the good, and some small dealerships have crappy cars mixed in with the good. In my own experience, your best bet is to buy from a private seller who hasnt just whisked his bad history of the car away by trading it in. IME private sellers want more for their cars than just trade in value because theyve taken care of them over the years and want to maximize their money with regard to their effort. I bought my QX4 from a mercedes benz dealership in an extremely affluent town, on the trip down i was passing by 10,000 sq foot homes with multimillion dollar price tags. When i got to the dealership, the QX4 was easily the worst car on the lot. Got to check out an SLR Mclaren, and on my second trip back to pick the vehicle up these two guys were going over a maybach 62 with a fine tooth comb before delivery to the owner. My point is every dealership has good and bad apples, while a small used car dealership normally wont have those expensive models, they will have their fair share of good cars along with bad ones.
If you like the one that has 77k go check it out, lots of dealerships dont have websites. That doesnt mean they arent good dealerships, it just means they arent all that concerned with advertising or keeping up with the internet. And in their defense, they do have the car listed on the internet, so maybe they dont see a need for a website.
About the price, its too tough to say, the dealership may have just got the car in and maybe wants to keep it on the lot for a better offer, or their rent might be up and they need to push a car off the lot. Would you be happy paying 9k instead of 10k? yes, of course... would you be willing to lose a car you plan to keep for X amount of years if you have to pay an extra grand for it? This is why i say you seem to be too concerned with price... 1000 bucks is a good deal of money, but if youre planning on keeping the vehicle 4 years, youre talking an extra 250/yr that you shelled out for a vehicle you are happy with.
My personal opinion is dealers are a step above lawyers and insurance adjusters on the evil people list. They are going to stand by their "internet price" and try to convince you its so competitive already because its listed on the internet with the goal to attract trillions of buyers.
I also feel any dealership with the name "sports" is completely amateur, but that is just an opinion.
This is their one and only google review

You can possibly check the BBB to see if they have any complaints logged against them, how long theyve been in business etc... Their website is not cooperating with me right now.
Hope that helps, and again i apologize if you took offense to my original post, i only meant to offer help as i have been in the same position before and waited over 7 months to find a perfect vehicle that im just selling now two years down the road... It just isnt worth the frustration to dwell on a vehicle. Good luck in the most sincere sense.
