Buying a vert for 3500???

My friend wants to get a vert so i found one for him but the price is 3500 and its a 94. Is that a good deal if the car is in good condition?

Only 31k miles! Its probably the lowest mileage s13 vert in the world.

Unless it is local to you, plan on approx $600 for shipping or whatever to get a plane, train, bus, or friend to take you to pick it up...
