buying a titleless car?

i just spoke to someone who is selling a car i want and he's selling it for a pretty good price, but the only problem is that he lost the title. he bought the car a month ago like that and so he is currently in a temporary registration.

im located in arizona and i was wondering if anyone knew what is involved in getting this thing a title and registered?
