I sourced a 95 ka24de with 65k and a missing dissy for $400. he said the engines runs great and has 30 or 45 days warrenty. Here is my question. What will needed to be done to get the thing into my 92' 240. I know i need to keep my old intake manifold with the obd1 sensors but anything else? I wanted to get an exedy stage 1 clutch from ebay. They are like $150 and i was wondering if I should even waste my time doing a clutch on a motor with 65k? Also the trans will mount ok right? Also should i go with some upgraded head studs and gasket for my ka-t? I wont be doing any other internals.Thanx

Use only the '95 head and block...everthing else form your S13.

Stock head bolts have done +400rwhp no problems...you're OK there.

Get better than a Stage 1 clutch...ACT costs more, but will hold the power for sure. Don't go cheap on a clutch, they're not something you want to be changing very often...

stick with stockers--and the stock h/g too--theres no need to go with anything more than the turbo kit and proper tuning.

While we are talking about the turbo kit. I have a quick question. Here is what i plan to use as my stage 1 kit.DSM SMICDSM 14b Turbo8:1 Vortec FMU255 walbro fuel pumpjgs precision log style manifoldboost, oil pres., egt gaugesand of course the new motor.

What i was wondering is what other thing like fiitings, bolts, gaskets, vacuum, etc.. do i need? is there a good wedsite you can pint me to that sells these extra things in a kit possibly?Thanx

edit* I only plan on boosting maybe 5-7 psi.
